The Bus Person is primarily responsible for clearing and setting tables in the restaurant. The Bus Person will ensure that silverware, napkins, and to-go containers are stocked on a timely basis. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: 1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. 2. Maintain the restock area with clean silverware, napkins, and to-go containers. 3. Clear tables, and clean properly with sanitized towel before resetting. Wipe down chairs and booth seats. 4. Wipe down condiments are return to appropriate locations. 5. Clean water spills, food stains, and dirt and debris from tables and floors. 6. Maintain proper sanitation buckets in bus stations. 7.
