Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Senior HR Manager level HR Business Partner , located in Livermore, CA . This position supports a client group consisting of site-level manufacturing operations and supporting functions in a dispersed worksite environment (five Bay Area locations: Livermore, San Leandro, Fremont, Santa Clara, and Scotts Valley). The role provides strategic business partnering with site leadership and carries out a broad range of HR activities in areas such as organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and HR administration. Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to make sound HR decisions by applying knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, HR expertise, and business insight. In depth knowledge of two or more HR functional areas (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Learning & OD, ER, Leaves Administration) Experience supporting senior leaders in corporate and frontline labor environments.
