Job Summary: Reporting to the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Stericycle is seeking a Commercial Counsel to work on commercial and vendor agreements and other transactions to support our various business lines. This role has responsibility for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of customer and vendor contracts, partnering with our commercial and strategic sourcing organizations to resolve commercial disputes, and providing strategic support to the business on commercial matters. You will provide day-to-day support to internal business clients, including advising clients on legal risks and business strategies and other issues related to commercial transactions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, a creative problem solver, process oriented, and comfortable working with technologies related to commercial contracting.
