Weekly Work Hours: 19.5 Compensation Range: H38: Hourly Rate: $23.78 Hourly FLSA: United States of America (Non-Exempt) Position Type: Staff Position Summary The Test Proctor, Accessibility proctors both standardized and academic tests. Test Proctors may serve as readers or scribes for students with disabilities. Test proctors may read tests orally to students or may scribe student responses to test questions. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality of information exposed to in the course of business regarding students, supervisors or other employees. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from the full range of diverse populations. Strong ability to work effectively and collaboratively with administration, faculty, students, staff, and other constituent groups and partners, both within and outside Dallas College community network. Excellent time management, and organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment in a professional manner to achieve common goals.
