This role leads and oversees product strategy & development for Business Banking lending solutions in Canada by ensuring strategic plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Development will manage the design, development and execution of product strategies for Small Business non-card lending products. This includes Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility in order to drive revenue, manage expenses, and monitor product performance and direct decisions to ensure P&L targets are met or exceeded. The incumbent will assist with the end-to-end new product design process and will design competitive analyses frameworks to ensure constant monitoring of the competitive environment, in order to determine actions required due to marketplace innovations.
