Job No: 552445; 10/17/2025 NETWORK ANALYST Network Analyst II Information Technology Services Salary Range : $6,492 - $9,548/Monthly Work Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Exempt classification. Essential Functions : Under the general direction of the Senior Director, IT Infrastructure & Operations, the Network Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the University's enterprise-wide wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and telecommunication systems. The incumbent ensures the stability, availability, and security of critical network services that support academic, administrative, and research operations. Duties include administering high availability firewalls and VPNs, monitoring performance baselines, analyzing security logs, and coordinating incident response with Information Security. The role provides Level 2 escalation support, develops documentation and runbooks to ensure audit readiness, and participates in lifecycle planning for network equipment and services.
