Delivers outstanding customer experiences to everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities: Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others; Greets customers and responds to guest inquiries via email, phone, or in-person in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; Facilitates in-person and online transactions, event bookings, memberships, and sales initiatives; Executes tasks related to general upkeep and maintenance of the facility; Manage the inherent risks involved with climbing & training; Have a high level of product knowledge of gym offerings including day use, memberships, Programs, Yoga & Fitness, and gym events; Assist customers with Pro Shop products and questions about climbing gear; Lead introduction adult and youth climbing courses in accordance with Sender One’s policies; Complete department & operations checklist(s) in a timely manne...
