JOB SUMMARY: The Business Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President overseeing PIP’s North American distribution network. This role will focus on driving operational excellence by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting performance data from multiple distribution centers. The analyst will identify trends, highlight opportunities, and recommend actions to improve service, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to turn insights into action across a multi-site operation. Experience in distribution logistics and supply chain operations/analytics required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance Monitoring & Analysis Track: - Analyze and improve KPIs across all North America distribution centers (productivity, order accuracy, on-time shipping, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety metrics, etc). - Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to provide clear visibility of operational performance to leadership (experience with PowerBI or Tableau required). - Identify and investigate variances, performance gaps, and root causes, providing actionable recommendations...
