Position Title Student Employment Specialist Department Human Resources: Reports to Human Resource Administrator & Benefits Administrator Appointment Full-Time; 40 hours per week/12 months Summary: This role performs professional level human resources work, focusing on providing student employment recruitment and staffing support for student employment managers using a working knowledge of all applicable policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintains a thorough understanding of student employment jobs and associated requirements across the various departments that utilize student employees. Additionally, this role carries out administrative work in support of overall human resources operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative: In order to meet the needs of the University, the University retains the right to assign duties and requirements to employees as well as determine and change starting times, quitting times and shifts.
