Team Lead Business Analyst Position Description: The Citco Group of Companies is a worldwide group of independent financial service providers serving the world's elite hedge funds, private equity and real estate firms, institutional banks, Global 1000 companies and high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in IT Business Analysis and will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts while delivering complex business analysis initiatives across the organization. In this position, the candidate must have the ability to learn quickly about the business and the supporting applications from the inside out, while providing guidance to the team.
