No Information About the role: This is a rewarding, full-time permanent position as part of the Customer Quality Assurance team in Senior Services as a Residential Aged Care Specialist. In this role, you'll be a critical member of the Uniting team, supporting strategic support to Residential services where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring services provide robust quality assurance systems and frameworks that meet not only regulatory standards but also uphold excellence, spearhead continuous improvement and ensure quality outcomes for older Australians. This role will collaborate closely with the Operations Support and Service Delivery teams and internal stakeholders across various domains.
