Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in project or program management, managing cross-functional technical projects. - Experience in people management. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in the operations of infrastructure for maintaining a reliable fleet of machines in the infrastructure on a large scale. - Knowledge of industry best practices and standard within site reliability engineering. - Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Communicate and influence at multiple levels, including executive leadership, partners, managers, and engineers, to develop strategic relationships and drive effective execution. - Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams across multiple organizations. - Having an AI-first mindset in understanding where to utilize the technology and capabilities to enhance progress and delivery.
