THE POSITION: The Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation is looking to build our part time Sales Experiences Team with dynamic and outgoing customer service orientated individual to assist with event experiences. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Assist in preparation, operation and take down of all CSEC Sales Experiences - Working promotional events to help sell tickets; - Working with premium clients and ensure game experience is to standards; - Providing courteous and enthusiastic service to all customers; - Assisting clients with any game day issues, concerns, or special requests; - Assisting with office administration as necessary; - Moving, lifting and storing CSEC merchandise; - Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies; - All others duties as required.
