Warehouse Person (Horseshoe Bossier)

Job description

The Warehouse Person receives, stores, issues, delivers and accounts for materials handled by the Warehouse Department. - Delivers products to the proper department within the hotel and casino. - Inspects packages and counts for accuracy from external deliveries. - Delivers for federal express, UPS, and RPS mail packages to the appropriate departments. - Moves furniture and office equipment, from one department to another department. - Verifies all items listed on invoices and requisitions with items on pallet. - Weighs pallets and adjusts invoices. - Delivers items to the proper department or storage warehouse as needed. - Prior receiving (especially food) experience highly preferred. - Active LA Driver’s License - Must be computer literate. - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations. - Must possess a valid Louisiana driver’s license. - Must be able to work well with co-workers as a team.
