Staff Field Application Engineer Job Summary: As a Staff Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will spearhead the delivery of our Enterprise Robotics Integration Program model for Boston Dynamics’ most high-value, strategic accounts. In this pivotal role, you merge deep technical expertise with a business-centric Go-To-Market strategy to design, integrate, and scale robotic solutions across global multi-site enterprises. You are the vital link between high-level governance and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that our robots deliver measurable operational impact. You will work in synergy with Sales, Customer Success, Global Support & Services, and Product R&D teams, ensuring that the cohesive technical program drives measurable operational impact and accelerated, long-term enterprise adoption. Your expertise is critical in championing long-term product evolution by proactively gathering, systematizing, and conveying field-proven requirements, insights, and customer feedback to internal development teams.
