Job description

The MLM Operations Lead Specialist is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Material Logistics Management for NA. Support functions include assisting the leadership team in coordinating communication, aligning initiatives and tracking priorities across all divisions and functions of the MLM Department including: Operations, Plant Logistics Support, Packaging, Systems, Compliance, Pre-Series, Advanced Planning and Launch. This individual ensures effective follow-up on key actions, supports project planning and helps drive consistency and accountability across the MLM organization.
