Accounting Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Manager, Accounting to oversee end-to-end accounting processes across the organization. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and month-end close. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — along with strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and technical accounting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. A positive demeanor and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and external auditors are essential. About the Role: In this opportunity as an Accounting Manager , you will: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and conduct regular reviews of the balance sheet; highlight and resolve potential exposures.
