The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and safety of the warehouse facility. This role ensures the warehouse environment is fully operational, compliant with all regulatory standards, and optimized for efficiency. The Facility Manager will work closely with operations, safety, maintenance teams, and external vendors to maintain a high‑performing and safe workplace. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Facility Operations & Maintenance: - Manage all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fire‑suppression systems. - Oversee preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime. - Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and inspections with vendors and contractors. - Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with facility standards. Safety & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to OSHA, environmental, and workplace safety regulations. - Ability to work with PIP Global Safety Leaders and Site HSE Manager. - Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. - Maintain documentation for safety logs, inspections, incident reports, and compliance audits. - Lead emergenc...
