Calista Education and Culture Regular: JOB SUMMARY: The Community Engagement Program Coordinator provides high level, complex support to Shareholders, team members, and supervisors. This position will assist CEC in meeting organizational goals by providing program and operational support for identified programs and functions including the Scholarship Program and Burial Assistance Program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Provide exceptional and culturally aligned customer service in all interactions, including responding to questions, requests, and concerns via email, phone, and email. - Monitor shared email inboxes and phone lines. - Support the CEC team’s scheduling needs by maintaining the CEC calendar and coordinating and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings. - Assist with coordinating travel logistics and travel within Alaska to support program activities when required. - Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with colleagues by fostering open communication and teamwork through sharing information, ideas, and feedback and supporting colleagues by covering responsibilities during absences and high-demand periods. - Align work with CEC organization and program pol...
