In this role, you'll: Lead the operational delivery of identity management and licence integrity functions to ensure the security and reliability of the NSW driver licence program. You’ll oversee identity verification, licence security standards and investigations into fraud, ensuring robust evidentiary processes that support regulatory action and legal proceedings. You will guide the use of contemporary technologies, including biometric and identity verification solutions, and work closely with law enforcement, fraud specialists and government agencies to strengthen proof-of-identity controls. Leading a specialist operational team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, uplift capability and ensure licensing integrity frameworks remain responsive to emerging risks and evolving policy settings.
