We’re entering a major new growth chapter - and we’re hiring a growth hacker to build the engine that powers it. This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a high-visibility, high-ownership position for a creative builder who wants to shape how a category-defining product scales. You’ll report directly to the General Manager of Startpage, operate with significant autonomy, and lead the programs that accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty across web, app, and browser experiences. If you’re a roll-up-your-sleeves builder and an AI-powered strategist who takes ideas from 0→1, this is your stage. This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066.
