ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Solution Business Analyst in Washington, DC. ABOUT PROJECT: The client is considering replacing a large internal HR system and is currently evaluating what should be rebuilt as a custom solution versus implemented as an off-the-shelf product. This role will play a key part in the discovery and decision-making phase. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in business analysis - Direct experience with the United States Department of Energy (DOE) preferred (strong federal experience without DOE may also be considered) - Experience on midsize or large projects (10+ people) - Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills - Experience in conducting the requirements elicitation sessions, familiar with different requirements elicitation techniques - Strong business requirements building and management skills - Capability to choose the optimal requirements organization and modeling technique - Ability to see the big picture, plan the work approach properly, and move forward with small steps - Ability to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflow - Ability to adapt to project changes du...
