Key Responsibilities: Digital Agent Coordination & Support Support intake, tracking, and prioritization of digital agent and AI‑enabled use cases across the Data Office/Data IT. Help maintain visibility into active, upcoming, and proposed digital agent work. Assist with documenting digital agents, including purpose, users, data inputs, controls, and expected outcomes. Support coordination of delivery activities such as requirements clarification, testing support, release communications, and adoption readiness. Support research, experimentation, and proof‑of‑concept activities related to digital agents, which may include light scripting, prompt refinement, or basic model exploration in collaboration with technical teams.
