The expected qualifications for the person filling this position are as follows: - Must possess significant experience with PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Teams. - Must demonstrate mastery of graphics and video editing tools that are licensed for use on government networks. - Should also have experience utilizing Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Captivate, After Effects, Spark, Premiere Pro, Audition, Dreamweaver). - Should have experience developing executive level briefings, speeches and articles relating to Army Aviation operations, training, doctrine, and program management. - Must be an energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional - Must have a portfolio of - No military experience is required for this position but this individual must understand military culture and be able to communicate that through the visual medium. - Must have an active personnel security clearance at the Secret Security Clearance level - The location is Fort Rucker, AL.
