As a Staff Engineer, Packaging in our R&D function within the Spine division, you’ll play a critical leadership role on the packaging team—designing, developing, and optimizing sterile and non-sterile packaging solutions that ensure medical devices reach the operating room safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively. What You’ll Do: - Lead the development and management of packaging procedures, design rules, and guidelines that balance performance, cost, and reliability for both sterile and non-sterile medical device packaging - Create advanced packaging designs from concept through final release, including detailed CAD documentation (SolidWorks or Creo) for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging - Develop and...
