Maintenance Technician

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities: Performs electrical and mechanical maintenance on old and new machines, plus maintenance of pneumatic & hydraulic systems Ability to read electrical diagram for troubleshooting Familiarity with p.m. programs (identify, documentation, procedures) Able to work in cold or hot conditions while maintaining a safe work environment Ability to take instruction with a ‘can do’ attitude, but willing to ask questions as needed Qualification & Education Requirements: Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or HVAC preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Experience – Relevant or similar experience preferred. Good written and verbal communication. Analytical Skills – Ability to read a plan and have the mental acuity to discern the proper procedure to follow for each unit. Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules and lead by example. Must be able to maintain good and regular attendance.
