Summary: Responsible for promoting 340B program success across Covered Entity, pharmacy, and gateway programs by providing a wide variety of routine and ad hoc analysis, focusing on maximizing performance through feature leverage, problem investigation, business rationale support, and data management. Responsibilities: Develop working relationships with a wide variety of customers (CEs, pharmacies, TPAs), as well as internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Sales, Accounting, Finance and others) to maximize program performance. Proactively provide summary and detail insights for assigned analysis projects that support a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate flexibility to support urgent data inquiries and lead the effort to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible in coordination with the respective internal/external parties. Manage composure and deliver sensitive findings and results as applicable. Demonstrate expertise in V340B platform features that routinely generate analysis requests.
