Shift Manager As a Shift Manager at the Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP), youll lead and support your team to achieve production excellence during assigned shifts. This role focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment while ensuring operational targets are met. Responsibilities: Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on safety, quality, and performance. Allocate resources, manage staffing, and ensure smooth task execution with the tools, parts, and knowledge needed for success. Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular checks, and uphold quality standards while addressing issues promptly. Maintain high production quality and meet targets for volume, schedule, and specifications, collaborating with maintenance to minimize downtime. Identify and implement process and equipment improvements, track team performance, and support skill development through training and best practices. Qualifications: High school diploma in a relevant field; a bachelors degree in Chemical or Process Engineering is a plus but not mandatory. Relevant certifications required for the role.
