Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of cybersecurity and project management experience leading and delivering security programs. - 5 years of experience in a leadership and people management role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience delivering security solutions and managing programs. - Experience articulating a clear team goals, and leading a team towards the implementation of these milestones. - Ability to drive steering committee and cross-functional team meetings to deliver technical solutions while mitigating risks and resolving issues. - Ability to work in a structured environment, and to influence at all levels while managing with ambiguity. - Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, and teamwork skills.
