The proctor will manage the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software tools, ensuring that all training systems are fully operational and available for student learning. Strong customer service is a key component of this job. This is a part-time position, minimum 4 hours/day to cover the FT Employee as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Systems Management & Administration: Manage the CAI or IPT system, web-based training tools (GTIMS Admin, Learning Management Systems), and other software platforms necessary for student pilot training.
