Job description

Supervises the operational training of employees within Patient Financial Services. As a savant in medical billing and AR, follows-up, develops and updates training material for all operational aspects of the Patient Financial Services team. Monitor daily productivity, conduct QA checks, and report the data to the Manager of Patient Financial Services. Suggest new workflows for operational efficiencies and collaborate with IT analysts to implement the workflows. In collaboration with IT analysts, diagnose and fix problems within the EHR. Provide backup to the Manager of Patient Financial Services. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree PREFERRED: CRCR Certified Revenue Cycle Representative - Create operational training material for the department. Update written documentation as needed so that training remains current and relevant for new and existing employees. Develop a training schedule for new hires and for continuing education.
