Electrical Lead Where will you work: - K3, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada About the role: Leads and manages electrical power system maintenance at the Esterhazy K3 site, partnering with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance. Applies asset health and reliability tools (e.g., MOC, PM, PDM, RCFA) to monitor equipment, resolve issues, and implement long-term integrity strategies. Provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise to drive continuous improvement, sustain asset health, and support overall operational goals.
