- Maintains HRIS for the site to include processing all employee changes, new hires, terminations, etc. - Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. - Process timesheets and payroll for all employees. - Performs data entry for accounts payable, Safety, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership. - Maintains the site’s document control system to include activities pertaining to document approval and release, maintenance of archival records, and all related activities to documented information traceability. - Implement and manage a Management of Change (MOC) system and ensure its compliance - Onboard new employees by presenting policies, procedures, and benefit options. - Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action. - Assists with the preparation and tracking of the performance review process. - Assists with recruitment and interview process.
