Job description

Responsibilities: - Promote work orders from MRP system to ensure timely release and completion of components in line with production planning requirements - Review and Process required MRP exception messages - Maintain schedule, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts. - Implement and maintain Kanban processes - Collaborate with Program Management and Contracts to understand demand forecast drivers - Provide input in developing departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product introduction and phase outs - Perform related inventory transactions into ERP system - Work with demand forecasting, incorporating current and accurate information - Execute excellence around stock and demand replenishment providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand. - Plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met.
