Job description

We are currently looking for a Behavioral Design & Learning Manager to join our HSE & Transformation team. This role is suited for an HSE professional with Learning & Development experience, with responsibility to design, enable implementation, and continuously enhance the Safety & Resilience (S&R) Learning Academy, ensuring it provides upskilling and learning programs that align with S&R principles, global policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate the S&R Learning Academy: Design and manage educational programs and training initiatives, ensuring curriculum relevance and alignment with capability studies, external benchmarks, and leading practices. Ensure learning & upskilling mechanisms are aligned with MPACT to support development and growth. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with S&R SMEs, leaders, and HR to assess training needs, gather feedback, and communicate program offerings effectively to support participation and completion.
