Job Description: This is a full-time, year-round position. As the Lift Operations Assistant Supervisor, you'll be required to assist the Lift Operations Supervisor hire, train and schedule a team of Lift Operators and Coaster Attendants. You will report directly to the Lift Operations Supervisor and Manager. Responsibilities: - Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude that supports a strong team culture - Help coordinate the day-to-day operation of RMR's winter and summer season. - Assist with general supervision tasks such as: staff training, scheduling, payroll, departmental documentation, etc. - Supervision of approximately 50+ full & part-time staff. - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in the department. - Respect and adherence to RMR’s company policies & protocols, as well as industry, provincial and federal standards. - Co...
