Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Shop Steward to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! What We Need: - Self-motivated individuals - Passion for the automotive industry - Focus on serving customers What Our Shop Stewards Do: - Maintain proper condition of facilities, tools and equipment, customer waiting areas - Maintain a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers - Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies as needed throughout the day - Clean all showroom displays - Clean all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans, and vending machines - Sweep all shop floors, service drives and technician stalls when empty - Maintain the entrance and exit of the service lanes as needed throughout the day - Assists technicians with any spills - Empty and clean all trash receptacles - Completes all other projects and duties as assigned Your Pre-Qualifications: Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates. - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time - Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 yea...
