Job Description: US Advisors is seeking experienced and mission-driven Case Management Leads to provide frontline leadership and supervision of case management operations at Camp East Montana (CEM) in El Paso, TX. Case Management Leads ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of detainee case management, documentation, and coordination activities, while maintaining accountability, quality control, and operational continuity in a high-tempo environment. This is a full-time, onsite leadership position supporting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by ensuring that all administrative and case documentation is accurate, complete, and prepared to support immigration proceedings, transfers, releases, and removals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, solve problems in real time, and drive operational execution while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of performance in a dynamic environment.
