The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing core HR operational processes that support the employee lifecycle. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of HR transactions, maintains employee data integrity, and delivers responsive HR service support. Working under established guidelines and procedures, this position plays a critical role in supporting HR systems, workflows, and compliance while contributing to a positive employee experience. Essential Functions: - Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, job changes, and terminations, in accordance with established procedures. - Administer offer processes and onboarding workflows to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. - Coordinate and process background checks and drug screenings through third-party vendors. - Support new hire onboarding and orientation logistics. - Prepare and process termination documentation and offboarding activities. - Maintain accurate and organized employee records in compliance with company policies. - Enter, update, and maintain employee data within UKG and related systems. - Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Identi...
