This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.
