The Business Development Manager – ADI Exclusive Brands is an exciting role for an individual who strives to meet the expectation of our customers and wants to be a part of a growing team focused on accelerating growth for our Exclusive Brands in North America. The role will be assisting the execution of the Exclusive Brand sales and business development plan with a goal to exceed sales, margin, and customer acquisition targets. The Business Development Manager will reach their business targets through effectively supporting the ADI Group sales teams in the NA region. This individual will also assist in the growth of Exclusive Brand sales share in selected National Accounts. JOB DUTIES: Regional sales network: - Working in Collaboration with Account Managers, target high potential sales opportunities in National Accounts. - Coaching and support within the Branch Network. - Raising the sales team recognition of our Exclusive Brands. - Being a sales team first point of contact for Exclusive Brands. - Identifying new opportunities from existing ADI customers - Grow the account base for Exclusive Brands. - Develop strong working relationships with ADI Sales Leaders. - Lead Exclusive Br...
