Contingent Workforce Specialist

Job description

Position Summary The Contingent Workforce Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of BRC’s temporary workforce. This role serves as the primary liaison between BRC programs, staffing agencies, and internal HR partners to ensure efficient workforce operations, compliance with labor and contract requirements, and accurate tracking of temporary staff. This role reports to the Compliance Manager and is seated in the Recruitment Division of Human Resources Department. Key Responsibilities: - System Administration - Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the organization’s contingent workforce tracking system. Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies. - Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendor as needed. - Provide training and support to internal staff and staffing agencies on system use. - Temp Workforce Operations and Compliance - Oversee the full temp-hiring lifecycle including requisitions, candidate submissions, onboarding coordination, and offboarding. - Maintain accurate records of contingent workforce headcount, utilization, assignment duration and tenure limits. - Collaborate closely with Recruitment, HR Business Partners, and hir...
