GENERAL SUMMARY: Develop, review, revise, and maintain Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Administrative, and other station procedures; ensure that they are technically correct and in accordance with human factor principles. Ensure documents comply with station and regulatory requirements and commitments. Interpret complex tasks, drawings, manuals, instructions, guidelines and requirements, and convert them to an easily understandable sequence of steps to be used by Energy Northwest personnel and contractors. Participate as part of the team to improve station performance and as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO). PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Technical: (1) Create and revise station Maintenance procedures and assist when appropriate with impacted Operations, Engineering, Administrative, and other station procedures. (2) Implement recommendations from Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and other station organizations. (3) Ensure station procedures comply with and implement the requirements of License Bases Documents. (4) Ensure station procedures are consistent with source documents.
