Job Description Position Title: Field Tracker: Position Reports To: Project Manager: Position Summary: The Field Tracker is responsible for providing technical expertise to the site manager/project management at the jobsite during the planning and implementation of the project scope. This role ensures that work is being performed according to the spec and customer requirements at a high level of quality and safety. This individual may be asked to perform various roles as needed to ensure that the job site is running smoothly and that the work is being completed at a high level of quality and safety. Essential Functions: Assist various field managers regarding quality, safety, job schedules, performance, and potential work scope issues that may arise Work with site management to identify scope of work changes as they occur and communicate this information to as directed. Communicate among your team members, the customer, and subcontractors as needed.
