We are now seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Service Manager to lead our Wacol branch—home to the largest service department in our business. This is not just an operational role. We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, improve how we work, and scale our service operations for growth. About the Role: Reporting to the Wacol Branch Manager, you will lead a large, high-performing service team including foremen, technicians, and support staff. You will be responsible for both the day to day performance of the workshop and the strategic direction of the department. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service while evolving our systems, processes, and capabilities to support business growth.
