Job Summary: TD SYNNEX Czech s.r.o. is seeking HR Generalist to support our human resources operations. This role involves a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to HR administration and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. In this role you will be supporting the logistics center in Bor u Tachova and also cooperating with the colleagues in the wider East region. Job Responsibilities: - Manage the full employee lifecycle - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, in accordance with data protection regulations. - Assist in implementation of HR programs, such as performance management, training, and development initiatives. - Collaborate with managers and employees to identify and resolve HR-related issues effectively. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
