Position Summary Primary responsibility is addressing all staff and craft recruiting needs across the United States supporting our maintenance and turnaround sites. Interacts with site leadership and operations management to ensure coordination of HR activities, adherence to policies and procedures as well as insuring sound HR practice within the various regions, states, and provinces. The Recruiter will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and will work collaboratively with the HR Department and Operations Management. This position is Houston based and is expected to be hybrid.
