Position is responsible for front desk operations and support staff supervision for the Learning Commons at Pikes Peak State College. This position is the primary point of contact for patrons (students, faculty, staff, community members). This position ensures that patrons are served with respectful, inclusive, and knowledgeable support and exemplary customer service. The Library and Learning Commons Lead supervises and trains temp-hourly and student staff, directly supports circulation and reserve collection processes, and manages day-to-day operations for the Learning Commons. Additional responsibilities include assisting Tutoring Services, other library staff, and Promise Programs. This position is responsible for maintaining supplies and displays, monitoring public areas, and working collaboratively with other Learning Commons and college departments to support student success.
