Description Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Part-Time IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day, on-site, and remote technology support for the Edwardsville YMCA. This position averages approximately 9 hours per week, with a flexible and negotiable schedule. The role is primarily focused on operational support functions, including basic troubleshooting, user assistance, and technology setup. The specialist works in close collaboration with an external IT consultant who provides guidance, training, and advanced technical support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Day-to-Day Support - Provide front-line support for staff technology needs (password resets, login issues, basic troubleshooting) - Assist with internet connectivity and network-related issues - Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues (computers, printers, phones) - Other duties as assigned On-Site Tech Support: - Set up and support technology for meetings, events, and programs (Zoom, presentations, AV equipment) - Ensure meeting spaces and shared technology are functional and ready for use Equipment & Systems Support: - Assist with setup, maintenance, and basi...
