Job description

The Senior Multimedia Designer is a key creative contributor responsible for developing high ‑ impact visual and multimedia content that strengthens Zachry Group’s brand and elevates how we communicate value to customers, employees, and partners. This hands ‑ on role blends graphic design, visual storytelling, and light video/audio production to support strategic initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Proposal teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, an ability to simplify complex ideas through visual narratives, and a passion for creating polished digital content optimized for social media, events, campaigns, and executive ‑ level storytelling. Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling: Produce high ‑ quality graphics, layouts, and digital assets for marketing campaigns, proposals, presentations, social media, and internal communications. Develop infographics, diagrams, and frameworks that translate complex technical or commercial concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
